Job Summary
Aerospace Source Inspector responsible for performing dimensional and visual inspection of aerospace machined components, including reviewing paperwork and verifying FAI’s to AS9102. Requires knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5), blueprint interpretation, hand measurement tools, and CMM inspection concepts. Will perform final and receiving inspections, travel to supplier sites for source inspections, and ensure compliance with IPC-610/600 and related standards. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently within a team; proficient in MS Outlook and Excel; U.S. Citizenship required and pre-hire background/drug screening. Travel to customer/supplier locations as part of duties.
