Job Summary
Read production schedules, customer orders, and work orders to determine items for movement. Fill requisitions and distribute materials to production workers or assembly lines. Sort and place materials on racks or bins by size, type, style, and product code; mark items and store perishables in refrigerated rooms. Assemble customer orders, place them on pallets or shelves, and convey orders to pack stations. Ensure parts are kitted and ready before production needs. Maintain accurate electronic inventory records in the ERP system by recording shipments, receipts, and distributions in real time. Check in and verify incoming shipments physically and electronically. This role supports aerospace manufacturing in Sumner, WA, ensuring high-quality components are delivered globally.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written commination skills
- Advanced interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented
- Basic math skills
- Understanding of ERP shipping modules required
- Pre-employment drug screen required

Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Certificate from a college or technical school directly related to the duties and responsibilities in an inventory-based position preferred
- Minimum of one year of inventory experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills
