Job Summary
Aerospace Sales Manager responsible for achieving regional sales and market goals through direct sales, account management, and contract negotiations, with emphasis on aerospace coatings and sealants. Develop and maintain account plans, manage opportunity pipelines in CRM, build multi-level relationships across customer organizations, identify regulatory and product requirements, drive prospecting to expand the customer base, and lead commercial negotiations to ensure profitable growth while adhering to pricing, margin, and risk guidelines. Lead forecasting by customer, product line, program, and platform; leverage aerospace coating knowledge to assist in product selection and usage; act as the customer advocate internally to align sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and technical teams. This role is fully remote within the Toronto/Mississauga area and requires up to 40% travel. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years of sales experience, and familiarity with P&L and matrixed organizations are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 5+ years of related sales experience
- Experience with coatings or sealants is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with profit and loss (P&L) reporting and financial performance metrics
- Prior experience working for a matrixed organization
- Travel up to 40%; clean driving record is required
