Job Summary
Sales Engineer role to develop accurate cost estimates and technical quotations for aerospace precision components, engage directly with customers to understand component requirements and recommend manufacturing solutions, build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive technical support, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Sales to ensure technical feasibility and project alignment. Monitor industry trends and emerging manufacturing technologies to identify opportunities for growth and promote Ace Precision’s advanced manufacturing capabilities and engineering expertise to current and prospective customers. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering-related field and willingness to travel for client visits and industry events. Office location is Oconomowoc, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field preferred
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing, precision machining, or advanced manufacturing environments strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost estimating, and technical quoting
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and aerospace standards
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events as needed
