Job Summary
Source candidates, manage digital tools, and coordinate logistics to fill temporary, direct hire, and permanent roles for standards to moderately complex clients. Conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates on resume preparation, and track data in Applicant Tracking Systems. Develop local recruiting plans, maintain client relationships, and drive sales for conversions and placement business. Monitor financial variables including workers comp, pay rates, and gross margins while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
