Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, temporary hire, and direct hire orders across various standards and moderately complex clients. Manage the PDS website and digital tools to monitor selection processes, search for candidates, and track their status in Applicant Tracking Systems. Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates, assist with resume preparation, and coach for specific roles while maintaining relationships with local recruiting resources. Develop new business, maintain client relationships, and sell services including conversions and placement business. Build and maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, and market share, while controlling financial variables affecting gross margin such as workers comp and pay rates.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
