Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, direct hire, and permanent roles across various client standards. Manage the PDS website and digital tools to track selection processes, while developing local recruiting plans and coordinating event logistics. Conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates on resume preparation, and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to drive retention. Qualify applicants against predetermined requirements, enter data into Applicant Tracking Systems, and address client requests or employee escalations. Price and sell placement services while monitoring financial variables such as gross margin and workers comp.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
