Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, direct hire, and permanent placements while managing the PDS website and digital tools to track selection processes. Conduct behavioral interviews, qualify candidates against standard requirements, and assist with resume preparation and interview coaching. Build local recruiting relationships, coordinate event logistics, and maintain comprehensive pipelines to address client needs. Manage client retention, respond to inquiries, and provide coaching on job performance. Track assignment data in Applicant Tracking Systems and control financial variables affecting gross margin, including workers comp and pay rates. Establish recruitment plans to meet worker goals and interpret employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
