Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, direct, and permanent placements across diverse client standards. Manage digital tools and the PDS website to track selection processes, while developing local resource relationships and coordinating recruiting events. Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates, assist with resume preparation, and enter data into Applicant Tracking Systems. Build and maintain client relationships to drive retention and sales, ensuring excellent service for both parties. Monitor financial variables affecting gross margin, including workers comp and pay rates, while interpreting employment regulations. Prioritize multiple assignments, utilize Microsoft Office tools, and respond to candidate inquiries and escalations as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
