Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, direct, and permanent placements across standards to moderately complex clients. Manage digital tools and ATS systems to track candidate status, coordinate recruiting events, and maintain local resource relationships. Conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates on resume preparation, and build pipelines to address client needs while developing new business. Qualify applicants against predetermined standards and handle inquiries, escalations, and training plans for temporary employees. Monitor financial variables affecting gross margin and participate in special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

- Ability to price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement business)
