Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, direct, and permanent placements while managing the PDS website and digital tools to track selection processes. Conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates on resume preparation, and maintain relationships with clients and local recruiting resources. Qualify applicants against standard requirements, enter data into Applicant Tracking Systems, and address client requests and escalations. Build and maintain knowledge of target industries, pricing services, and financial variables affecting gross margin. Prioritize multiple assignments while ensuring excellent customer service and candidate retention.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
