Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, direct hire, and permanent placements across diverse client needs. Manage digital tools and applicant tracking systems to monitor selection processes and register candidate statuses. Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates against standard requirements and determine optimal placement options. Build and maintain relationships with local recruiting resources, coordinate event logistics, and develop grassroots plans. Assist candidates with resume preparation and interview coaching while ensuring excellent customer service for both clients and applicants. Establish recruitment plans aligned with staffing goals and manage financial variables affecting gross margins, including workers' comp and pay rates.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
