Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, direct hire, and permanent placements across diverse client standards. Manage the digital candidate pipeline, coordinate recruiting events, and conduct behavioral interviews to qualify applicants against specific requirements. Build and maintain relationships with local resources, clients, and candidates while providing coaching on resume preparation and job performance. Track assignment data in Applicant Tracking Systems, respond to inquiries, and address standard client requests. Monitor financial variables affecting gross margin, including workers comp and pay rates, and participate in special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
