Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, direct hire, and permanent placements across various client standards. Manage digital tools and the PDS website to track selection processes, while developing local recruiting plans and coordinating event logistics. Conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates on resume preparation, and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure retention and service quality. Qualify applicants against predetermined requirements, enter data into Applicant Tracking Systems, and address client requests and escalations. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
