Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, direct hire, and temporary hire orders across various client standards. Manage digital tools and ATS systems to track candidate status, coordinate recruiting events, and build local resource relationships. Conduct behavioral interviews, qualify candidates against requirements, and provide coaching on resume preparation and interview skills. Develop new business by pricing and selling placement services while maintaining client retention and managing branch financial variables. Respond to candidate inquiries, address client requests, and identify training plans to improve candidate employability.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
