Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, direct hire, and permanent placements across various client standards. Manage digital tools and applicant tracking systems to monitor selection processes, while conducting behavioral interviews and coaching candidates on resume preparation. Build local recruiting relationships, coordinate event logistics, and develop retention plans for both clients and candidates. Price and sell staffing services, analyze financial variables affecting gross margin, and respond to client and candidate inquiries. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while prioritizing multiple assignments to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
