Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, direct hire, and permanent placements across various client standards. Manage digital tools and applicant tracking systems to monitor selection processes, while conducting behavioral interviews and coaching candidates on resume preparation. Develop local recruiting plans, coordinate event logistics, and build relationships with clients and grassroots resources. Qualify candidates against predetermined requirements, address client requests, and provide counseling on job performance. Maintain knowledge of financial variables, pricing strategies, and market competition to drive sales and retention.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
