Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, direct hire, and temporary hire orders across various client standards. Manage digital tools to monitor selection processes, register candidate statuses, and coordinate logistics for local recruiting events. Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates, assist with resume preparation, and track data in Applicant Tracking Systems. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to drive retention and develop new business. Price and sell placement services while controlling financial variables affecting gross margin. Respond to inquiries, address client requests, and provide coaching on job performance.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
