Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, direct hire, and permanent placements across various client standards. Manage digital tools to track candidate status, coordinate recruiting events, and build local resource relationships. Conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates on resume preparation, and maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems. Establish recruitment plans to meet staffing goals while qualifying candidates against specific requirements. Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to drive retention and ensure exceptional service. Respond to inquiries, address client requests, and provide counseling on job performance. Identify training plans to improve candidate employability with corporate clients. Participate in special projects and manage financial variables affecting branch gross margins.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
