Job Summary
Source candidates and manage digital tools to monitor selection processes, ensuring all inquiries receive clear information on PDS offers and training programs. Establish recruitment plans, conduct behavioral interviews, and coach candidates on resume preparation while tracking data in Applicant Tracking Systems. Build and maintain relationships with clients and local recruiting resources to drive new business and retain existing accounts. Manage financial variables affecting gross margin, including workers comp and pay rates, while responding to client requests and escalating inquiries as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
