Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, direct hire, and permanent placements across various client standards. Manage digital tools and applicant tracking systems to monitor selection processes, register candidate statuses, and coordinate logistics for local recruiting events. Conduct behavioral interviews, qualify candidates against predetermined requirements, and provide resume coaching and interview preparation assistance. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to drive retention and develop new business opportunities. Assist with sales efforts, pricing strategies, and market analysis while ensuring excellent customer service and resolving client inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
