Job Summary
Conduct behavioral interviews, qualify candidates against pre-determined standards, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to retention for temporary, direct hire, and permanent placements. Coordinate logistics for recruiting events, maintain digital tools to track candidate status, and build local resource relationships to develop new business. Assist candidates with resume preparation and coaching, while responding to inquiries and escalating issues as necessary. Track assignment data in Applicant Tracking Systems and monitor financial variables including gross margin, pay rates, and compliance with employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
