Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, direct hire, and permanent placements across varying client standards. Manage digital tools and the PDS website to track selection processes, while developing local recruiting relationships and coordinating event logistics. Conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates on resume preparation, and maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems. Build and sustain client relationships to drive retention and revenue, ensuring exceptional service for all stakeholders. Monitor financial variables including gross margin, pay rates, and regulatory compliance to support branch objectives.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
