Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, direct hire, and permanent roles across moderate complexity clients. Manage digital tools to track candidate status, coordinate recruiting events, and build local resource relationships. Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates against standard requirements, assist with resume preparation, and coach on interview strategies. Maintain client and candidate pipelines while managing financial variables such as gross margin, pay rates, and regulatory compliance. Ensure exceptional service delivery and address client requests or candidate escalations as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
