Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, direct hire, and permanent roles across standards to moderately complex clients. Manage digital tools and applicant tracking systems to monitor selection processes and register candidate statuses. Conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates on resume preparation, and build local recruiting resource relationships while developing new business. Qualify candidates against predetermined requirements and establish recruitment plans to meet worker goals. Maintain client and candidate relationships, ensure excellent service delivery, and address standard client requests. Track assignment data, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
