Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, direct hire, and permanent roles across various client standards. Manage digital tools and Applicant Tracking Systems to track candidate status, while conducting behavioral interviews and coaching applicants on resume preparation. Develop local recruiting plans, coordinate event logistics, and build relationships with clients and candidates to drive retention and new business growth. Monitor financial variables including gross margin, pay rates, and regulatory compliance. Prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
