Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, direct hire, and permanent placements across diverse client standards. Manage digital tools and ATS systems to track candidate status, while conducting behavioral interviews and coaching applicants on resume preparation. Build local recruiting relationships, coordinate event logistics, and develop retention strategies for both clients and candidates. Price and sell services to drive conversions, monitor financial variables like gross margin and workers comp, and interpret employment regulations. Qualify candidates against predetermined requirements and ensure exceptional service delivery throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
