Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire placements across various standards and moderately complex clients. Manage the PDS website and digital tools to monitor selection processes, search for candidates, and track their status within Applicant Tracking Systems. Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates against pre-determined requirements, assist with resume preparation, and coach on interview strategies. Build local recruiting resource relationships, coordinate event logistics, and develop grass roots recruiting plans. Establish recruitment plans based on worker needs, price and sell services for conversions and placements, and maintain knowledge of target industries and market competition. Build and maintain client relationships while ensuring exceptional service and retention for both clients and candidates.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
