Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, hire, and direct hire orders while managing digital tools and local resource relationships. Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates against standard requirements, assist with resume preparation, and enter data into Applicant Tracking Systems. Build and maintain client and candidate pipelines, coordinate recruiting events, and handle inquiries and escalations. Develop training plans to improve candidate employability and coach associates on job performance. Manage financial variables affecting gross margin, including workers comp, pay rates, and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
