Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, direct hire, and permanent roles across various client standards. Manage digital tools and the PDS website to monitor selection processes, while developing local recruiting plans and coordinating event logistics. Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates, assist with resume preparation, and track data in Applicant Tracking Systems. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure retention and provide coaching on job performance. Price and sell services, analyze financial variables affecting gross margin, and respond to client requests and candidate escalations.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
