Job Summary
Quality Technician (MRB/In-process) inspects product and sub-assemblies visually and dimensionally throughout manufacturing to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specs; supports MRB, conducts FAIs per AS9102, documents inspection results, prepares reports, and reviews work orders. Role requires metrology software proficiency, ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 sampling, and strong attention to detail; responsibilities include disposition of non-conforming product, in-process and final inspections, and maintaining quality records. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Quality Inspector in in-process and final inspection
- Minimum 1 year reading/interpreting Engineering Drawings or schematics
- Minimum 1 year experience using hand measuring tools (height gauge, calipers, micrometers)
- MS Office and quality data entry systems
- Metrology inspection software
- US or International citizenship or permanent residence status (depending on work location)
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Professionalism and attention to detail
