Job Summary

Provide manufacturing quality support within an aerospace production environment for metallic aircraft structures. Manage and investigate production-related non-conformances, ensuring timely resolution and effective corrective actions. Liaise with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure product conformity and compliance with customer requirements. Analyse quality issues, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and previous experience within the aerospace or aeronautical industry. Full onsite work in Belfast is required, with security clearance clearable.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the aerospace or aeronautical industry
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing quality processes and non-conformance management
  • Experience working with metallic aircraft structures, panels, or aerostructures
  • Knowledge of aircraft production and assembly environments
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing teams
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience
  • Clearable security clearance

  • Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies
