Job Summary
Aerospace Product Technology Manager II/III leading technology-driven development for flight control actuation and hydraulic power management. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify customer needs and competitive dynamics, developing product positioning and messaging, and planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive product recognition. Leads cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and other departments; develops proposals for new programs; applies existing or new technology; manages system-level product initiatives; leads product launches and defines system-level value propositions. Key skills include strategic planning, market analysis, competitive intelligence, cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and effective stakeholder communication. Required is an engineering degree with strong aerospace experience and the ability to mentor junior staff and lead small projects. Role emphasizes adherence to ITAR/EAR requirements and eventual alignment with compensation ranges for LEVEL II/III.” ,
