Required Qualifications
- Specific manufacturing knowledge in production control, processes, and tooling
- Demonstrated cost management in manufacturing-related functions
- Strong consulting, coaching, and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP and operational software systems
- Working knowledge of ISO/AS9100 quality standards
- Results-oriented with analytical and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
- Business acumen with attention to detail and motivation for results
- High energy and ability to work flexible hours in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MRP systems
