Job Summary
Develops, implements, and tracks aerospace training programs at the Shelby, NC facility; coordinates onboarding and on-the-job training; improves onboarding to reduce time to effective production levels; collaborates with the training team and departments to achieve results; ensures quality and safety standards, and maintains compliance; analyzes data to resolve performance issues and recommends actions; maintains professional development and benchmarking to lead in process improvements and onboarding effectiveness; assists in site audit processes and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- One (1) year or more previous Aerospace Production / Industrial Environment experience required
