Aerospace-Delivery Assurance Specialist

Delivery Assurance Specialist (DAS) role serving as the critical link between Prime Aerospace customers and supplier base to improve on-time part delivery. Responsible for tracking and expediting part delivery from raw materials through manufacturing, quality, and shipping to customers; proactively monitoring parts with suppliers to mitigate delays; conducting root cause analysis and developing recovery plans; creating daily status reports and leading stakeholder meetings; identifying manufacturing process improvements and driving actions to keep shipments aligned with customer requirements; requires 5-10 years of manufacturing experience (preferably in machine shop/sheet metal), a Bachelor’s degree, and strong interpersonal communication skills. This remote role also involves coordination across aerospace customers, suppliers, and internal teams, with standard hours and potential extended hours as needed. US citizenship is required, and a background check and drug screen will be administered.
