Job Summary
Aerospace & Defense Sales Associate Director - EU at Accenture focused on originating, shaping, and closing complex deals within Aerospace & Defense accounts in Brussels and the surrounding region. Drive growth by building and managing a portfolio, developing long-term stakeholder relationships across procurement and client teams, defining and executing account growth plans, managing end-to-end sales cycles from origination to contract signature, coordinating cross-functional teams to build competitive proposals, and delivering client presentations and negotiations. Requires Master’s degree or equivalent, EU citizenship, fluency in French and English, and a track record in complex sales, capture management, or business development within consulting/technology services. The role emphasizes strategic value propositions, pricing and business cases, pipeline forecasting, and international collaboration across Belgium and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- EU citizenship is required
- Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Solid experience in sales, capture management, or business development
- Proven involvement in complex sales cycles and deal shaping
- Experience in consulting, technology services, or transformation environments
- Fluency in French and English required
- Knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense sector
- Leadership and ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders
