Job Summary
Deburr, polish, and hand-finish aerospace components to blueprint and specification requirements while operating hand, electric, and pneumatic tools such as grinders and orbital sanders. Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation to inspect precision parts for quality, finish, and workmanship. Perform touch-up and rework as needed, complete production paperwork, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals. This 1st shift role (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) offers weekly competitive pay plus overtime, benefits, and 401k starting Day 1. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in deburring, assembly, polishing, Helicoil installation, part marking, ink stamping, or related manufacturing work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Experience using hand, electric, and pneumatic tools
- Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift
Desired Qualifications
- Aerospace manufacturing, CNC machining, or precision metal finishing
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Knowledge of aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, or other aerospace materials
