Job Summary
Aerospace Assembler at ICS manufacturing performs production work on wire harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies, participates in all aspects of production to meet financial and customer requirements, and supports quality and engineering teams. Responsibilities include developing strategies to improve manufacturing quality, inspecting for non-conforming products and processes, ensuring tools and equipment function properly, creating a safe work environment, and handling various materials with attention to timelines. Requires strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in wire harness production, aerospace manufacturing, or a similar field preferred
- Working knowledge of soldering, wire crimping and testing equipment preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to read, comprehend and create written and verbal instruction in English
- Excellent collaboration skills, able to work well both individually and in a team setting
