Job Summary
Develop partnership relationships with assigned suppliers to meet customer requirements while managing Open Order Reports to minimize delivery risks. Monitor delivery performance trends, initiate root cause analysis, and drive timely closure of corrective actions for mission-critical parts. Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordinate with problematic sub-tiers to establish achievable production commitments. Provide frequent written updates on overall delivery performance and prevent unnecessary delays through proactive action. Requires US citizenship, a college degree or equivalent experience, five to ten years in manufacturing, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role with frequent local travel; pre-employment background and drug screening are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- US citizenship
- Minimum of five to ten years of manufacturing experience
- Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment motor vehicle history check
