Aerodynamics and Weight Lead Engineer

Job Summary
Lead aerodynamics development and validation activities by collaborating with ESPs to ensure performance, quality, and cost targets are met. Conduct regular review sessions to elaborate virtual and physical design proposals, perform root cause analysis, and provide technical solutions for problem mitigation. Weekly report progress to the Program Attributes Manager and escalate critical hard points requiring higher leadership support. Manage conflict resolution among multinational engineering teams and drive supplier development for strategic cooperation. Apply CFD techniques and wind tunnel testing to optimize EV geometries, reduce drag, and minimize noise emissions.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent work experience (5+ years)
- Solid knowledge in Electric Aero Dynamics Fundamentals
- CFD techniques

- Solid experience in developing Aero Dynamics Management strategies
- Experience in reducing drag and wind noise
