Job Summary
Manage commercial issues, customer and supplier relationships, claims, disputes, and insurance throughout the "Order to Remittance" phase of projects. Serve as a best practice resource for colleagues, lead small projects with moderate risks, and influence approaches to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness within the functional area. Utilize technical expertise and data analysis to support recommendations and make decisions that impact the function, while building consensus on difficult or sensitive information. Contribute to strategy and policy development with moderate autonomy and evaluative judgment.
Required Qualifications
- significant experience in the Legal & Contract Management OTR
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college
- high school diploma with relevant experience
