Job Summary
Aero Alliance Information/Digital Technology Manager – Demand Planning (Oracle) leads Demand Planning/Forecasting initiatives and manages Oracle Demantra and Oracle SCP Cloud-based solutions. Responsible for lifecycle management, vendor relationships, cross-functional alignment with DT and AAJV Demand Planning/Forecasting, data/analytics gap identification, design/test/deploy of reports and dashboards, KPI definition and progress reporting, and ensuring compliance with DT standards. Provides project management leadership for DT programs/agile initiatives, coaches and develops teams, and collaborates to deliver and sustain digital planning solutions across the supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems related fields (Master’s in science or business, preferred)
- Significant experience Digital Technology experience supporting Supply Chain applications (business experience is a plus)
- Proven experience in the implementation and support experience of Oracle Demantra or Oracle SCP Cloud: Demand Management or S&OP modules
- Proven experience in Digital Technology Business Analyst Oracle EBS/ERP (Supply Chain Management) or ASCP is a plus
- PL/SQL and SQL development (desired)
- Knowledge of Web Service Integration architecture
- Knowledge/experience of Oracle ERP Integration capabilities
- Knowledge of the Security architecture (responsibilities, privileges, hierarchy, etc.)
- Ample experience with Demand Planning and Forecasting processes and tools along with other business processes such as finance, sales, etc.
- Expertise in Process Design and Architecture in Supply Chain planning solutions
- APICS or Six Sigma certification
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills
- Understanding of DT Change Management practices and product Life Cycle Management
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Visio flowcharting and MS Access a plus
- Ability to travel up to 10%
