Job Summary
Develop and implement lean improvement projects in line with business strategy, acting as an ambassador for lean methodology to improve EHS, quality, throughput and cycle times. Lead Kaizen events and 5S initiatives, drive KPI tracking and standardization, create as-is/to-be process maps, minimize off-the-shelf customizations, and ensure adherence to EHS rules. The role is on-site in Carrara, Italy and requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, industrial or related field with Lean tool experience, plus fluency in English and Italian. Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to drive continuous improvement across operations and factory processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, industrial or related technical discipline from an accredited college or University; or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Lean tools (5S, problem solving, kaizen)
- Fluent knowledge of English and Italian
