Job Summary
Drive store operations by maximizing productivity, building guest loyalty, and owning the business plan to meet KPI goals. Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time decisions that achieve financial targets while recruiting, hiring, and retaining a high-performing team. Manage visual merchandising, floorsets, and replenishment to maintain brand standards, and optimize workforce schedules by evaluating traffic and payroll reports. Ensure audit and shrink results meet Asset Protection Standards while demonstrating integrity in all compensation decisions.
