Job Summary
Store Team Leader at Aerie - responsible for driving sales and guest loyalty by maximizing store productivity, owning the store's business plan to meet KPI goals, leading a high-performing team, scheduling to optimize payroll, maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising, and coaching associates to develop a clear career path. Will recruit, hire, and retain talent, oversee training and performance reviews, and ensure execution of Floorsets and asset protection. Needs strong business acumen, communication, and leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience and store results.
