Job Summary
Maximize store productivity and build guest loyalty by driving sales through a best-in-class guest experience. Own the store's business plan to meet KPI goals, analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time decisions, and manage the controllable elements of the P&L. Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team by developing leadership through training, performance feedback, and annual reviews. Champion a culture of teamwork by establishing goals, holding associates accountable to brand standards, and celebrating outstanding performance. Ensure consistent adherence to AEO Brand Visual Standards by overseeing merchandising processes, floorsets, and merchandise adjustments. Evaluate traffic, calendars, and payroll reports to create optimized schedules that meet business needs while maintaining asset protection standards and integrity in compensation decisions.
