Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies and flex between the sales floor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to build customer loyalty. Assist teammates and maintain a "friends first" mindset to represent company values authentically. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
