Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate customers on AE & Aerie product details while introducing the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to resolve guest concerns proactively and adhere to company policies. Assist teammates to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on building brand loyalty and representing company values.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
