Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate customers on AE and Aerie product details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom zones to support team needs and resolve guest concerns proactively. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment. Represent company values with integrity and adhere to all policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
